Former employee at Montgomery. Absolute shambles of a company . No organisation, no leadership . Lacks professionalism, Bullying culture, Paul the transport manager is clueless , no communication skills , hes arrogant and doesnt know what hes doing . This company is struggling and you can see why , I Definitely wouldnt recommend using this company . The drivers are never on time for there deliveries/Collections they dont care and that comes down from the management.

Our house is an unmitigated pig to deliver to - even transit vans struggle. So making sure we can intercept deliveries is vital. Montgomery were brilliant. The firm coordinating this delivery had no clue, hadn't got the intercept instructions and didn't care, but gave me a number that turned out to be Montgomery in NI. Very helpful there as far as they could be. That led me to Preston who couldn't help enough - understood the problem and contacted the driver. Excellent driver rang me in good time so met up without a hitch. Wish all companies were this good and switched on. Many thanks.
