Oakwood landscapes & property maintenance

UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS Sam and his brother inherited the business from their family but they have zero passion for it. In fact, they subcontract their jobs to other companies, which was the case in our experience. They are cutting corners to save money which inevitably affects the clients experience and end results. As if the above wasnt enough, Sam and his team damaged our property while using a wheel barrow. They scratched the walls, the kitchen unit, an original Victorian door and broke floor boards. He promised that he would claim this on his insurance and in good faith we paid him the final instalment. 5 months later and after us chasing him regularly he had the audacity to say tree branches caused the scratches and then disappeared leaving us unhappy with the garden result and with lots of damages to repair. UNACCEPTABLE.
