Recently I attended a management training course with Kennedy Ross and then had some follow up training and I can say it has definitely changed me for the better. I used to be very to the point, always telling people what to do, this worked most of the time but not with difficult team members. Once Ali had explained the benefit of Supportive behaviours and how they can be implemented I practised and practised and now its something I do and without doubt makes the biggest difference in improving poor performance.
