Great experience, we went during the Easter Half-term me my daughter and my mum. 3 generations. Great value for money we were well looked after throughout our trip. Lovely hotel and rooms, lovely food and excellent excursions and entertainment. Something for everyone!!! Looking to book again as we all enjoyed it so much. Thank you

Have used Alfa twice now. Both times we went to Llandudno at the Hydro hotel. Hotel is on sea front with lovely views,not too far from main shopping area. Theres also a retail park at the back with a Primark, M&S , and other shops. Great company. Picked up locally and dropped off. Drivers were brilliant fun and professional. Hotel lovely and clean very comfortable beds. Hotel staff very nice and friendly and nothing too much trouble.

22nd April around 11.15am one of their drivers with the reg BV22WKE decided to brake check me just past kidlington on the A34 North. Not only is this incredibly dangerous since I was driving an artic, but also illegal and put every one of their passengers at risk. I wouldn't even consider a holiday with drivers like that looking after my safety. Please check the dash cam of the vehicle and retrain or fire this driver.

My husband passed and we had booked Christmas at bogner.When I phoned and explained.I was meeting 2 friends at the hotel and keep the room.The staff very easily sorted it.I still have the room with just paying a supplement. Many thanks
