        The worst agency Ive ever worked for. Lost all my documents, twice. On resubmitting promised me all sorts of work. Nothing for months then the worst job Ive ever had. I was told 10 drops around Preston. It was 26 drops in Liverpool. Second day asked md to load illegally. Not a single phone call since I refused to take the illegal load. No advice on how to access payslips or register with appropriate apps for pay. Not even given timesheets before first job. Every phone call treated with disdain from the quite frankly rank office on Strand Road. Deeply unprofessional and just generally unhappy and unhelpful staff. Avoid this agency at all costs. A shame because the Newcastle branch was brilliant.

        Amy and carla are sound got me loads of work and told me where I was going with plenty of notice. The only thing I could say negative is the pay it's not that good but I'm a new pass and everyone has to make money or it wouldn't be worth doing. If I need work again I would give these guys a ring 1st
