    AVOID THIS BUSINESS HALO REALLY ARE THE COWBOY CON ARTISTS EVERY BUSINESS WORRIES ABOUT. JUST READ ALL THEIR 1* REVIEWS ONLINE! 0 STAR RATING IF I COULD Dishonest and deceitful THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ENDLESS PROMISES TO RESOLVE ISSUES, PAY MONEY DUE TO ME, I HAVE HAD EVERY EXCUSE UNDER THE SUN AND NEARLY 12 MONTHS LATER I AM STILL OVER 1,000 OUT OF POCKET. I AM TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, LETTERS FROM MY SOLICITOR, WATCH DOG, TRADING STANDARDS, AND ENSURING EVERY BUSINESS PERSON I MEET KNOW TO NEVER TRUST THEM. Worst company I have ever dealt with, in the 23 years Ive been in business!

    Halo agreed to pay the termination fees of an existing provider if I switched to them. They set up their service in early 2018. The actual service has been delivered to a decent standard. However, nearly two years later they have still not paid over 4,000 of the costs promised to terminate the previous provider, after several promises they continue to fail in sticking with their word. 2 years into a 5 year contract they tell me that within the 28 pages of small print, is a term that allows them the right to repay the termination fees at any point throughout the 5 year contract. That isnt the only problem. They have also been double charging me for 6 months, meaning that I have been paying for three service fees (the previous provider and double halo fees), at a very difficult time for the business. I have now been forced to take the complaint to the CEDR. Its promise after promise and theyve always failed to deliver. I wish I had never decided to work with them.
