        Has anyone been taken to court by these muppets as Ive cancelled my service because it doesnt work. Absolutely shocking service. Do not use. Phone line dead for 3 months. Losing customers left right and center. Useless customer services and a constant flow of lies. Very very poor company.

        Avoid this company at all costs.The customer service is appallingly bad. It's by the worst experience I've ever had with any utility company in my life. It nowhere near deserves even one star. Stay well away.

        AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do not use their services, the App has been changed 3-4 times and still does not work properly, their handsets always have faults. They are unable to even process a refund! I have been chasing this for nearly 3 years! I have a full email trail!

        If I could leave a zero I would! I have to call them at least every two weeks sometimes more regularly as the internet just goes down. Running a salon which relies on the internet to make bookings, use the card machine and play music it is an absolute nightmare. I will not be renewing my contract!
