        Couldn't book a cab for my disabled grandson.Got told to ring back when i needed it,to then be told no cabs available.Operator with a bad attitude.Saltax you need to be looking at sending staff on a course on how to deal with customers.

        Absolutely DISGUSTING, refused to pick up my wheel chair bound mother (who obviously needs a taxi with wheelchair access) from her Physio session because she had used a 'rival' taxi firm recently. Absolutely petty, my mother only leaves the house to go to and from physio thanks to her stroke and Saltax thinks that when they are unable to provide her a taxi she should just stay at home instead of using another taxi provider.
