Ordered a taxi knowing there was a half an hour wait so i got a message saying it would be there at 18:55 it got to 19:10 and I called them to ask where it was and they said oh theyve sent the message but not sent u a driver then said they would sort it out now then ended the phone, rude and honestly bad experience over all

I've been using ace since the lock down, might have to wait a little longer at peak times but overall quite happy

Taxi They couldn't find my house so we agreed a location i waited for 20 minutes after the arranged time. I called the firm again!! The operator to say that they had rung my phone (which they hadn't) so I waited a further 10 minutes to find out they had given it to someone else. So the operator sent another taxi when I got in he asked for 50pounds up front, which I had no issues with, but after canceling this taxi and getting one from millers taxi no upfront fee asked and the journey altogether totalled 30pound!!
