DO NOT USE. Disabled user who wanted to nip to Preston docks to do some shopping. I use a mobility scooter and had terrible trouble finding a company that had a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Thought I had hit gold with this company as the outward journey was suberb. Lovely professional driver who was really helpful. Covid precautions also excellent. However, the return vehicle which was pre booked at time of departure failed to turn up. Tried phoning several times but my mobile just kept saying the line was busy. This company was happy to leave a disabled female stranded down at Preston docks on her own at 8pm at night. I had to ride my mobility scooter home in the dark and freezing cold which took over an hour.
