        I have used this taxi service many times over the years because it was the best. The taxi drivers are very polite and arrive quickly in the past, unfortunately I experienced a rude guy answering my call as I wanted to book 2pm that same day as I had to move out of a previous property and didnt want to do it later because of rush hour traffic also couldnt do it any earlier due to work or any later than five because the storage unit in ribbleton lane closes at 6pm I had explained all of this to the man apparently he couldnt help me because of the school run but his attitude was condescending and sarcastic on that fact they have lost a customer and going by some of the reviews written by previous customers it seems they have lost their way and need to go back to customer service school and issue their drivers sat navs to help them find their customers addresses.
