YELLOW CABS (NORTH WEST) LIMITED

I booked yellow cabs before my trip to USA I gave them flight number time of arrivel and what time I needed to be picked up .After a nearly 9 hour flight with two young children I expected the taxi to be waiting for me at the time I had booked . to get a phone call saying the taxi hadnt even set off for picking us up and they only send a taxi when you contacted them on arrival . I was so mad as had no internet and surely if they had bothered to look at the flight number I gave they would know it was on time and send a taxi in good time !! Sending a taxi to Manchester at this time is rush hour so as you can imagine I wanted to cry . So after landing at 7.30 taxi was sent at 8.30 and we didnt get picked up till 9.45 and got home at 10.40 omg how bad is this ! The taxi driver was lovely no complaints about him but this firm needs to seriously pull their socks uo ! DONT BOOK with these get a UBER! Unreliable

Been using these guys for months now and they are a cheap and reliable company. Every time I call tracey is always a great help and is always fast and efficient.
