SPAR Victoria Terrace Lostock Hall

Rude staff. Three young girls questioning me about buying paracetamol. You have to be 16 to buy them and Im 27. Making out that I was lying and being very patronising to me trying to say I should take it as a compliment. Whenever stuff like this has happened before (nothing ridiculous like this quizzing if Im 16) I have always laughed it off because the staff have been polite. But these three girls were rude and patronising and Im pretty sure I was older than all three of them. Never had a problem in that Spar until now.

I went to buy a small bottle of tropical orange at 1.00 and got to the till and the young assistant wanted 1.25 when it clearly says on the shelf and computer ticket states 1.00

The low score is not representative of the staff who are fantastic and who I have a good relationship with many of them, and it's no reflection on the cleanliness of the store which is always fantastic, or the wide selection of food and drink (although a few more sugar free drinks options would be nice). The low score is for making your staff work Christmas Day. Surely your staff deserve one day off a year to spend it with their families? You should be ashamed
