But repeatedly on using this post office. Staff seem to be very arrigant and expect customers to know the changes in opening times.
No smile no talking
Absolutely miserable staff all the time. We now use the town center postoffice and never again on eaves lane. Sort your staff out. Customer service is key to happy customers!
Businesses get destroyed from staff not doing there jobs right.
Treat everyone with kindness. Rather than bitter minded and people walk away feeling down.
