After waiting 8 months the solar panels and equipment were delivered and installed onto our garage (40m from the house) roof area over a 2 day period. As there was a comms issue between the inverter in the garage and the house consumer unit preventing the battery from operating properly, they said they needed to obtain a replacement part. This was done the following week and everything now works perfectly. Whilst we had to wait a very long time, our experience of In2gr8ted Solution installation is a positive one and we have no complaints at all. In fact we are already considering asking them to fit a second 5.2kw battery.

Very poor company. Salesman did a great job and the start with getting quote out fast. Signed contract and DNO application was not applies for until weeks later. Unnecessary delay, Little or no contact regarding timescales. system works well thought

As other have said there are long leads times due to scarcity of solar panels and battery systems. However I found the company to be very helpful and professional, and even though I had some issues with the install due to my setup, these were resolved quickly and professionally within a week. Everythings been working great since and I would recommend In2Gr8ted solutions.

My order is now complete just short of a year after placing it, the panels got installed in July 22 and the battery in March 23. If i'm being honest I'm over the moon with the service i've had. I ordered right at the start of people wanting to 'protect' themselves against the energy price hikes along with the goverment removing the VAT from installs and just when the global supply chain was at it's worst and costs increasing. I paid for the panels after install (July 22) and to be fair come September the panels wouldn't have kept the house running and put anything in the battery so I sat back with the money for the battery in my account. I emailed a couple of times to see what was going on and I got replies, no dramas. Then at the end of Feb I got a call asking if they could arrange a date to install the battery and not once have I been asked to pay more than they qouted for in March 22. All the install guys have been very polite and respectful, told me what i've needed to know. I would and have recommended to friends and family. Thanks very much.
