I visted this shop after many wasted time visits to the larger mainstream companys. I spent 2 hours in there. The owner had a great customer relations, he was very professional and seemed to really care about your experience in the shop. Lots of detailed questions and tests were performed to ensure you got the best possible boot to suit you (nothing like other places I have visited). He also explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, which I always find really helpful. I ended leaving with the comfiest boots I have tried on so far, and to top it off there is a 2 year warranty which enables you to take the boots back and get the corrected/re evaluated if necessary. You pay for what you get. I was never in doubt. Would highly recommend!

Best ski boot fitters in the country, super specialised and super patient...but then I'm biased as I sometimes work here with Graham as well as getting my own kit from him.

Always had my skis serviced with these guys, but this year I needed new boots after ten years. I have to say that I always liked my old boots until last year when they started to become a tad sloppy. So. Time for new boots. I phoned up to check the process on fitting and charges as I was little confused on the fitting costs. Turned up Sunday 13:00pm, made to feel welcome (but were up north so expected nothing less), chatted through options and technical details. Being a girl, I like to choose my boots by aesthetics I can honestly say its the first time Ive been educated on the biometrics of my feet and ankles, but everything made sense. Two hours later, sat in my new boots which I can only describe as slippers! Fantastic service, very engaging and made a few new friends in the process. Highly recommend Graham, well worth the cost for the expert fitting.
