Two watches one a Xmas present from my son that I thought was beyond repair is working with broken strap fixed without needing to be replaced. A special to me 15 year old Tissot watch is now functioning, water tight with strap adjusted.
It was really busy in the shop but I didnt feel neglected whilst the gentleman whose name I forget was attending to other customers. He also took the time to fix my glasses Im unsure if was charged for this!
My faith in customer service I believe is lacking in 2023 was restored. The cost was cheap compared to the service received. I will be driving 20 miles to ensure this gentleman looks after the worn soles on my range of Loake shoes.
