My handbags were expensive so I wasn't ready to throw them out so took the first bag there and was served by a lovely gentleman (sorry I didn't get your name). My Coach bag was repaired and you can't tell it has non coach screws in it unless you really look at the bag. Today the same gent managed to sort out my Marc Jacobs handbag zip which I didn't think would be possible.
I know where to come for any future bag repairs . Thank you again!
