Didn't stay at this hotel because if how rude the reception staff was when I was trying to pay for the booking. I had to use someone else's card as my card had an issue and they wouldn't understand this and kept emailing, phoning and messaging about paying the booking. If that is how they act before I have even paid I know I don't want to stay there.

The room and service were lovely, however what let it down was that the walls are paper thin. I could hear absolutely everything. A group of god knows how many people, in the room two doors down, was having an orgie from 1am till 5am. Along with arguing on the corridor and someone next door having diarrhoea. Spent majority of my night wanting to pop my clogs because I couldnt bare to be there anymore. Such a shame because the rooms unreal but location (being a student area) was not a good idea overall lol. No parking either so was struggling to find somewhere to park for a good hour that would provide 24 hours service. Such a shame but please make your walls sound proof!!!

A disappointing stay. The rooms are very simple, no tea or coffee making facilities within the room, no furniture apart from the bed, tv and two worn out, tiny bedside tables. My room wasn't very clean. Dirt and dust over the floor, the floor needed hoovering and mopping thoroughly. The bathroom was also dirty, the floor and walls needed wiping down properly, the shower had grime in the corners and in-between the tiles. The bed only had two pillows, although comfortable, there were stains on both pillows. The decorative cushions were worn and dirty, the throw on the bed was also heavily stained. Although the rooms are modern and well presented, with toiletries and water, the cleanliness is a real let down. Cleanliness of a room is the most important thing, with comfort a close second. Unfortunately, this room did not achieve either.
