I bought a Phoenix safe from these guys. I got the choose the day it was delivered (for free) and it arrived damaged, probably on route. I contacted them and they arranged a replacement to be sent out again on a day of my choice and the original collected at the same time and this one arrived in perfect condition.
Price was competitive and customer service was excellent.

Now that all of the lock cylinders are fitted they not only increase the security of the doors, but also look fantastic too. Top notch service from safe.co.uk, I'm glad I chose to order from them and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in future.

I bought an alarm system for my shed that is just outside of the window where I had the base station. The description of the system said 30m range, so I hoped those 4 meters would be good enough. Unfortunately the system worked inconsistently, and alarm system like that should provide peace of mind and not leave you in wonder if it will work at all. I contacted the company and asked for refund cause of that, they said that since I tried the product they will not accept the return, and the best they can advise me is to put the item on eBay. That is clearly a violation of UK law and consumer right, so what I did is I sent the item back on my own to them using Royal Mail, paying for return myself and documenting all of that in case I needed to ask PayPal and credit card company for refund. Fortunately returning the package by force seemed to force them to return the money to me, however I needed to use PayPal to refund my postage. I would recommend researching the security systems on their page since it got nice overview of the available hardware, but order on page like amazon or other one you trust where they treat customer better. Bought new system from amazon and it works well, I think it was even cheaper there.
