Ordered a chicken tikka salad that came with no chicken tikka and the wrong cheese. Dietary restrictions: ordered vegan cheese due to a dietary requirement and got given shredded mozzarella.

Absolutely shocking service, lady with the blonde hair removed said sandwich before the toasting time was done so cheese wasnt even melted. No ask for loyalty card no smile no real service

Gentlemen working Saturday 25th around half six Asian and man with bold head both were lovely but I was struggling using app and bold head man was great placed my order and told me points I could use and make my order cheaper, this was great with cost rising at moment. Sandwiches were a lovely treat and great service thank you
