Out of all the subway branches in Preston, this is by far the best in town, best service, clean and perfect portions. Best Tuna melt and chicken tikka sub I've had in a long while, served by a young lad, quite impressive and did this with a passion and not clock watching whilst serving me 15 mins before closing time. Well done!!

Very disappointed recently! My daughter has started having a treat on a Wednesday by getting a subway for her lunch on the way into school which worked great for a couple of weeks but for 3 Wednesdays in a row not including half term we have not been able to get. Your opening times on website state 8am and on your door but for one of them at just gone 8 it was in complete darkness door locked, one of them door was open but no computers so couldnt take order although not sure why would just take cash and key through later! Computers dont stop making a sandwich!!! And today lights on man in the store on his phone and door locked, I rattled the door knocked but he just ignored us and carried on his chat!!! Why he couldnt just come to the door and explain why it wasnt opened or put a note on the door! Very disappointed! Maybe you should amend your opening times to 8.30 if you are not going to be open! :(

Ordered ahead on the app and went to collect at the correct time, but didn't get handed my sandwiches until 32 minutes after arrival, by which point a dozen new customers had walked in and been served before me?! What's the point of the app if you're just going to ignore the mobile orders and continue to serve walk-ins first?? Only bothering leaving the review because there was no hint of an apology or any explanation given.
