Tasty food and hot but small portions for the price and they forgot my French fries which would be ok but they arnt cheap

Ordered two burgers, both of which were incorrect. One smothered in cheese (no mention of cheese on the menu), and another missing a crispy onion but provided with Halloumi and grilled peppers instead (again not mentioned on the menu). Rang to query it and was left waiting 15mins for a manager to call me, who then argued that the descriptions on the menu cant put every ingredient on there, that all other burger joints dont put all ingredients on and I shouldnt be complaining for them adding extra ingredients to the burgers. Was told it was my own fault for not using the create your own burger, but this function doesnt work properly as it doesnt have half of the things they could add on there as options. He said I should I should have put in the comments no cheese, but why would I put this if cheese isnt mentioned in the first place. Terrible service, wont be going back, will stick to Scrandinavia instead.
