We have been using Grassroots since February this year. They have assisted us in setting up contracts and handbooks for our company. Their knowledge, patience and professionalism has been fantastic. All the team have helped with this and the process has been made easy with the confidence that they really are spot on all things HR !! Obviously things are very strange in these COVID 19 times but nothing has been too much trouble and response to any queries have been prompt and reliable. Would highly recommend Natasha, Debbie and all at Grassroots.

Ive been working with the team at Grassroots now for the past two years following a recommendation. The team are truely fantastic and have a wealth of knowledge. For something thats a minefield to you and I Grassroots have the perfect solution to get you the end result swiftly. The team are extremely friendly but always at the end of the phone or an e-mail away and deal with any issues as if they were in the office with you. They care about your business and take an active interest in its needs, they dont just simply generate generic information. Grassroots provide an outstanding service for a small fee which is well worth the money for the peace of mind it brings!
