What can I say but it was a pleasure doing business with them, lol. The level of professionalism is second to none. They are always available for any questions I had to ask, which they often did with a happy and pleasant manner, especially Laura, we can speak all could have a conversation all day as her charming personality shines through when we speak the phone.

Where to start! From the off I have found Monarch to be professional, timely and prompt with a fantastic ability to support individuals looking for work. Nothing is too much trouble and calls are dealt with as a matter of urgency whilst remaining courteous and direct. As a police force leaver of 18 years I really was at the mercy of the knowledge held by Monarch, in particular Chloe. Every stage of the recruitment was explained to me and any concerns dealt with. I have got nothing but respect for Monarch and how they have handled me throughout the process. I have been working in the office for Monarch Personnel for just over 6 months and I have to say this is the best job I have ever had! The Directors and team are so supportive and the atmosphere in the office is a pleasure to work in. Everyone works together, as a team, for the good of the business. Everyone who contacts Monarch Personnel is dealt with in the most professional and supportive way. The team goes above and beyond for the companies clients, candidates and each other. Everyone has their different strengths and personalities which all come together to make Monarch Personnel what it is today - a lovely, vibrant place to work.

Laura and Ashad were great! They were always very polite and helpful throughout the whole recruiting and onboarding process.
