Wish i could give them zero star. We wait for nhs appointments for weeks and i went to the wrong hospital i tried to make a call and then i texted them. They said youre 30 min late we cant see you. I waited for physiotherapist to talk with him. He refused to come and talk they just said go book an appointment again. Atleast therapist should have come out and listen to the patient what are they proud of, why they refused to listen we wait too long for our appointments and if something happens they should atleast show some patient care and listen and be kind they dont follow their own core values.

AIM: "We procured independent sector hospital capacity to divert patients at the point of referrals from NHS trusts to prevent a build-up of patient waiting lists backlogs" YES! I totally agree! By booking an appointment for a Cardiology assessment VIA TELEPHONE IN 6 MONTHS TIME. What a 'fob off'. Does 'prevent a build up' mean 'hopefully in 6 months time this patient will be a morbidity statstic where no further appointment will cause the NHS a backlog'. I think so. I don't have a 'spare Heart' to use while I wait for the phonecall in 6 months time...
