HG Premier Lettings Preston

I've spent almost a year at Bishopgate Gardens. When I moved in there was some imperfections, wall cracks, dust, dry paint and dirt from being a recent construction, white goods not working properly and some other stuff that I didn't give any importance. But I took a video of it just in case. Once I moved out they charged me extra 370 , which 190 where adressed to cleaning when I left it almost the same clean as when I moved in and the rest for "filling and plastering" because there was some wear on a wall where I had an office desk. I think it's fine if you get charged something for some of this but 370 is exaggerated and I will definetely not recommend this company for any of the tenants in a future. Once I moved in I got "pressured" to leave a good review in google by some of the workers. And of course, when you recenetly move in, everything is perfect and beautiful but once you leave they will try to get as much as possible from your deposit. What a shame. Also Preston can be a pretty rough area sometimes, I would not recommend it personally.

Very lovely and helpful staff especially Katie she really helped me through the paperwork and everything honestly, she was there every step of the way so without her help I wouldnt be able to rent my apartment and she worked very hard to insure that we got the apartment , Michael and Klaudia were very helpful too, Klaudia was the one who told me about the apartment so without her I wouldnt have found out about it
