Sign Making and Supplies Ltd (Preston)

Purchased a Roland SP300V from these guys a few months ago, had teething problems to start with but engineer sent out to rectify and al sorted. Recently had Tech issues with drivers etc, contacted the team and remotely tried to fix the issue. Turns out there was an issue with my new pc so had to return it. James was brilliant and spent a good 2 to 3 hours trying to get me back up and running which they did. Gret service highly recommended. Thanks guys

Was recommended to SM&S by a very reputable main dealer of wide format equipment (XPRES), I was looking for a secondhand wide format. I spoke to James who was superb and actually listened to my requirements before offereing a machine to suit my needs. Within a week of contact the machine has been installed by one of their enginnerss (top bloke but forgot his name!) and I am very happy. Excellent service from start to finish.

Order some vinyl which I paid for 1-2 day delivery (usually uses DPD) this time, it was parcel force even though they where on strike, I chased the order the next day as parcel force was on strike and the tracking just stated 'not collected', I was told it should arrive the next day, the next day came and it has apparently been returned to the store damaged. They emailed telling me they was cancelling the order as they had no more in stock and it was damaged. I contacted them to see if I could have a look at it as I only needed a certain width of the 610mm roll. They said it was heavily damaged and would be no good, I asked if I could still check it just incase I could make it work with it being the last of the stock they had and I already had half a 12m sign made from it. They they said they had thrown it in the bin. My thoughts are that they marked as dispatched as they didn't have the stock. I have since ordered more vinyl.from else where and now have to change the entire signs colour.
