        Terrible attitude to customer service. They seem determined to be as unhelpful as they possibly can with an arrogant attitude. I went to Liverpool Road post office instead, who happily scanned the QR code and printed the return label without any problem when Pope Lane refused to, insinuating I was stupid and couldnt follow instructions. Needless to say theyve lost a customer.
