I visited this post office as my usual one was unexpectedly shut. This office is now located in the Premier convenience store opposite Shop Lane and I popped in to send a small parcel. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and pleasant. Excellent customer service, I couldnt fault anything at all.

Sent a special delivery on Saturday 2/1/21, but the parcel still at the post office, well thats what the tracker tells me, I rang Royal Mail and they said it hasn't arrived at the depot as yet, unless the naughty elevs have been back its still at the post office

Shocking and rude member of staff who shouted that ' the post office was closed ' ( Post office website stated it was open ) clearly no idea of customer service - will never use this facility again as I have in the past for purchasing items - shocking tone of voice
