        This place is a joke. not open for very long And its in a place where it is tucked away in a industrial area that looks run down The place always looks like its closed down

        not helpfull at all waist of time i was told to ring customer services gave them the tracking number and told can,t help i will not use royal mail again very poor service

        Opening hours are a joke... Im trying to avoid Royal Mail as much as possible as dont want to stuck with my parcel. Like right now I had delivery on Monday, I wasnt home so now I need to take day off work or wait until Saturday to pick up my parcel. Worst service ever. Would be better if you shut down this place and let us drive to Preston, at least we would be able to pick up parcels.

        Not open long enough, most people work and need to pick up parcels either out of work hours or on a Saturday afternoon, I work until 12.30 on a Saturday and it closes at 12 so I have no possible option to collect my parcels without having time off work. The opening times need to be sorted out!
