We were picking up my daughters recently deceased dad's personal belongings and the officer at the desk was rude, short tempered and extremely irate not just with us but another poor lady who came to report her son missing. He kept moaning about being short staffed and certainly wasn't good with the public. He's getting paid for his shift and being rude and unhelpful to distressed members of the public isn't going to make it go any quicker. Shameful. More training and better people skills please

Not very helpful at all , the call agent cut my call off without even asking if there is anything else that they might be able to help with. Very poor service

This police force is useless they do not respond they prefer that the victim is beaten male or female before they will act Woman being attacked by an aggressor they have never even turned up yet as soon as somebody rings up and says this man is being racist six cars turn up with 20 police what does that say to you about this force the letting vulnerable women take good beating before theyll actually attend the incident they want them completely beaten to a pulp that way it gives them something to act on its only half a job absolutely useless leave Blackpool so vulnerable if youre English
