    Nigel came out in December and fixed a faulty pump. We then agreed to overhaul the heating system as my water/heating valve has seized. Now, we agreed to him coming later in the year to fix, with august being the initial date. He said hed come and size up the water tank etc. This took around 5 texts to 1 reply and a few phone calls on my behalf too, finally sept came and he popped over to check everything. He booked me in for the last week in September, I checked the week before and he confirmed the booking, by the Thursday Id not heard off him so called him (3 times) and left 4 texts. Finally got him on the Saturday and he apologised saying hed be with me on the Monday. Again, the same happened, I then called him again and he ignored my calls until I called him from a different number! Again, said he was running late but would be with me on the following Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday came and I called him/text him and finally got a response the next day (3 weeks into October now) saying he was at the swimming baths with his daughter, I assumed this meant he would call back shortly, but Im now into November and have no clue why he has blatantly wasted my time. Oh, I also got hold of him somewhere in between week 2 and 3 of October and he pretended he couldnt hear me, said hed call me back at 5pm (again) which didnt happen. Completely let down by him, and the kicker is, in person, hes a knowledgeable guy, but not worth a penny if he doesnt turn up. Service: Heating system installation
