        Our boiler decided to display a malfunction code and refused to ignite - of course, when it was -5 degrees outside and it was 7.30-ish pm... I rang these guys and they asked to describe the problem (they couldn't come immediately as had other job quite far away) - and told that most probably this is the condensate pipe blocked with ice - and it was! I've located the pipe, after a good few attempts managed to unfreeze it (the location is veeeery awkward!), reset the boiler and everything worked! Many thanks for the advice guys and I definitely owe you beer!
