    WRECKED BATHROOM! Kris McCormack wrecked my bathroom, KM Plumbing Services Preston, Took MY MONEY & damages are rising as he wrecked brand new items. See photos the taps are not fitted correctly one tap bangs onto the shower head, KM could not fit these taps! I now have a legal team on this matter as he has ignored all requests for a refund. I have been advised not to let this man back into my house as I hired another professional for advice when KM left, it approached the four weeks mark and still no sight of a bathroom. KM started someone else's bathroom after approx four weeks on mine. My bathroom was supposed to take approx two and a half weeks. In my opinion, it is irrelevant if KMs work took a day, a week or a year, in my opinion whatever KMs argument may be with me, the point is an expert professional report states, and other subsequent bathroom fitters all come to the same conclusion, whatever is there has to be removed, taken down or out, even the plaster and start again. There is nothing I can 'save' from this, otherwise I would gladly walk away from this problem. I am a fair person. I liked KM which is why I hired him, I trusted him and believed he would do a great job. It is with regret I have had to leave this review, I gave him a long time to find an amicable solution before I posted this. I had another bathroom fitter at the time who wanted to match his quote but I still went with KM. KM was not the cheapest neither the most expensive. There were random tiles put up. The tiles had to be removed, the professional I hired took them off (due to his professional advice,) we have videos of the removal. Not one wall was complete with tiles. KM kept asking for more money, instead of waiting for the agreed payment at half time point. I had paid approx 900.00 over the agreed amount at the half way point. I have paper work to prove what I paid, and I have signed agreement on what I should have paid, which shows the over-payment & I am now a few thousand in losses with the damages too. The fees were for labour only I bought the products, although I still paid him 500.00 in advance on the first day for materials, in addition to the over payment of 900.00 and there were other payments made before the agreed half way point, all documented and signed. I paid him more than the 1,400 noted here and more than agreed at the half way point. The toilet leaked human waste and had to be removed. That cost me to have it emergency fitted and buy a temp new one. You can see in the photos the plaster had fallen off the wall in one section. I now have stains on the fairly new kitchen ceiling, another company fitted my kitchen, it was functioning as expected once they left. Thankfully KM had nothing to do with the building or installation of any of the products in the kitchen as it was fitted approx two years earlier. The kitchen ceiling now has stains in different places from one of KMs three leaks that I witnessed. That is why I have shown a photo with on of the down lights pulled out. So the ceiling has to be repainted. One of his floods has blown the electrics downstairs, the light fitting is an expensive touch screen styled light switch I have had to replace and I have had to pay for a fully qualified electrician to repair the lights. KM was not a fully qualified electrician at the time he was on my property. I now have, no bath, shower or sink, just a shell of a room. I had a fully functioning bathroom before I hired KM Plumbing Preston to refit a new one. As explained there is nothing to be saved, I wish there was. Look at the incorrect fitting of the taps, and the rest of my photos. My insurance cannot cover this matter. I didn't know you could put up photos on Google before! See below he's even left himself 5 stars, I have recently noticed that. Out of the four reviews, there's two low rating stars, I am one unhappy customer, one five star from Kris McCormack himself who is the owner of this company, and one review of five stars!
