        Cancelled the job due to materials issue the night before he was due to start work leaving my tenant taking time off work unnecessarily. My team exhaustively tried to make contact with him and received no response whatsoever. DO NOT ACCEPT JOBS IF YOUVE NO INTENTION OF CARRYING OUT THE WORK. Totally unprofessional and one best avoided as is untrustworthy.
