The past few times I've ordered from here, the delivery driver has managed to consistently drop my dips all over the floor outside my house and left without cleaning up the mess!! I've never once complained about this or received any kind of refund or anything but the very last time I ordered from here, they just didn't bring my dips at all!! I called up and spoke to the manager who promised me a refund and I have received no refund at all. Liars & clowns. Papa John's in Penwortham do better pizza aswell or Pizza King in town, go elsewhere if you're considering Domino's!

Been wondering whether or not to write this review but unfortunately I had to. I ordered a pizza from here and it wasn't the first time but today I'm fuming and disgusted. I ordered the Cheese and Tomatoe pizza as well as the Chocolate pizza and to my shear horror there was a piece of cooked ham in the box with my Chocolate pizza. Having ordered a vegetarian option, it means NO MEAT of any sorts. I called Domino's and the staff member said they will refund but that isn't the issue, the issue is why is there a piece of cooked ham in the box with a Chocolate pizza?!. Unfortunately this time, it's the last straw as previously orders have been late but this has truly upset me and my family. I WON'T BE ORDERING FROM DOMINOS AGAIN! Also note to everyone, especially those ordering vegetarian options, always check your order!
