    I have attended these classes for a few years now and have found them to be a great way of both relaxing and improving my strength and stability. I had suffered from back pain for over 20 years but that has now gone completely and I put that down to Rachel's classes. Rachel is an excellent teacher. She really knows what she is doing and is very attentive. She can adjust all of the exercises to take into account any injuries or conditions. I trust her completely to make sure everything is safe to do.

    Rachel's pilates classes have been extremely beneficial for me with the regaining off strenght after a muscle injury. The exercises can be adapted to individual needs so no one need struggle to benefit from them. I used to practise yoga but the pilates class is now the one for me.

    Having struggled in the gym with flexibility and mobility I was told to try Pilates. All I can say is wow game changer, the classes Rachel gives are different to anything Ive done before but have helped with my gym sessions and my golf. Highly recommend giving it a go.

    I have been attending Rachels Pilates classes for several years now. I suffered with lower back pain for over 20 years and thought it was something I just had to live with but a friend recommended Rachels classes and after attending for a few sessions and learning how to strengthen my core muscles I no longer have this problem. As a physiotherapist Rachel tweaks the exercises to suit individual clients needs. Classes are small and you feel like you have your own personal instructor.
