Cant recommend enough! I started classes here a couple of years ago, there are many to choose from for varying levels of ability and fitness. All classes are small and are as close to personal training as you can get, without the price tag. My favourite by far is the Barre class. It has really helped strengthen and tone my body, without adding bulk, and my posture has improved massively. The mixture of ballet and Pilates moves also does wonders for the thighs, glutes, abdominals and arms. You wont be disappointed!
