Be very careful having them develop pro-grade, lesser-known film rolls. I had a roll of Kodak Portra 160 developed here and the results were horrendous. Colours in the shadows (suggesting a screw up during development), the exposure was all screwed up and different for each image (usually under exposed) and there was a heavy blue hue over most of the shots. I know its not my doing because I had a roll of UltraMax developed too and that came out fine. But this is a film stock they sell, so are used to developing it I imagine. But the Portra 160 is now completely ruined, and thats an expensive roll of film to pay through the nose to have developed and have ruined. Just to add insult to injury, I paid extra for digital copies and the resolution on these files is embarrassingly bad. I dont know what ancient technology theyre using to scan the negatives here but I could seriously make better scans with my phone. Ultimately, if you want a professional job done with your professional grade film, avoid this place like the plague. They dont know what theyre doing but just take a chance anyway. Id rather theyd been up front and given me the chance to take it elsewhere.
