Lancaster Road Pharmacy

Horrible customer service. Was told to come back in 30 minutes when the pharmacist would be there. Came back almost 40 minutes later to be told he would be another hour because he was too busy with "lots of prescriptions". Staff should be better trained and only give out information which they know is correct. I'm not one to complain usually, but this was very unprofessional.

Its my fault for being nice person and not questioning people, but is extremely disheartening when they rip off people in broad daylight. Paid 28 for an item I could have gotten for 9.80 if I had time to wait. Unfortunately my child needed the solution. I feel like the women there just stated price out of thin air. Extremely disappointing. Places like that should be closed. Also noticed that prices there its definitely more expensive than other usual pharmacies..

The walk in flu jab here was a really good sevice. Normally walk in and have it done. The last couple of months been in while passing. Come back at another time. Did that and no 1 there yet come back in a hour. Which most people carn't do that.or not doing my age group yet. Only been a problem this year.

You are better of going to any other shop and buying medicine, since in here its overpriced
