Moor Park Pharmacy

We have found this pharmacy to be efficient especially with the home delivery (the gentleman always calls to make sure we are in first). We have also found them be reliable and have always delivered their services perfectly. Reliability is important to us as we used a local pharmacy previously and had numerous issues with shortages but also giving the wrong medications which happened on three occasions using a cheaper product. (they had been informed it must be a specific brand due to side effects)

I have used this pharmacy for many many many years and I am always treated in a professional, customer focussed, and efficient way. They can always, if asked, advise on any question regarding over the counter medication and are willing to help in any way they can. As a front line health service they are very busy yet all the staff are very friendly and approachable..Thank you

Some staff members need training on professionalism. It isnt helpful to speak in condescending, aggressive tones to someone simply trying to pick up medication. This seems to be a common experience with this particular staff member, from speaking to other service users. Not acceptable.

Absolutely disgusting experience I've just had in here of a new member of staff after years of only using this pharmacy talked down to and scoffed at in from of my children and medication withheld, after phoning once home they had the nerve to lie and cover for her disgusting attitude I won't be using this place again bring back the old staff they was polite pleasant and very helpful this one thought she was a bouncer at a club with a chip on her shoulder
