        Avoid here at all costs. I booked my puppy in for a groom. When I picked him up, he hadnt had his hair cut, all they did was wash him. Left his ears a mess with hair and his hair under his tummy was all matted. DO NOT trust your dog with these untrained staff. All they are in it for is the money.

        AVOID!!! Left my puppy bleeding and didnt tell me! Cut off chunks of skin from both ears and genitals. Even after getting my vet and their vet (as instructed) to confirm the injuries were caused by them they still denied it. Then in the next sentence claimed they didn't tell us he was bleeding because they were technically closed when they finished cutting him... They had time to take our deposit and take our next booking but not enough time to tell us he was bleeding.... The management care more about the reputation of the business than the welfare of the animals! Manager was aggressively defensive and extremely arrogant. After talking to other owners, many have similar experiences! AVOID!!!

        Can't thank the staff enough, we were travelling through and wanted to get the dogs claws trimmed. They got us a slot there and then, even though our dog was a bit of a handful for them, they were so quick and helpful. Highly recommend.
