        I phoned this dog groomer up to ask about trimming my bulldog's claws. She was very abrupt and said, "I don't do dogs that big and you don't trim bulldogs". Before I could reiterate I was asking about claw trimming not hair trimming, she literally hung up on me. I tried to ring back and she did not answer. Extremely rude.

        Happy with Pennys cut/groom plus penny can be a awkward dog . The Groomer is always efficient and on time . Comes back smelling fresh and lovely . Thankyou
