I rang the Pet Spa twice within the space of a week, to make an appointment. The salon was obviously busy so, on both occasions I left a voicemail. Their opening message was to assure that if you left your name , number etc you would definitely receive a call back.
This did not happen in either of both times I left a message.
I was left with the distinct impression they did not need new business. I sincerely hope the situation remains the same for this small business regarding the future, and the austerity we are currently facing.
I also suggest they review their telephone message.
