Contacted Wipeout after hearing what we thought was a rat in the attic. 2 days later James from Wipeout visited. He inspected the house thoroughly and went into the attic. Thankfully he told us there is very Little chance that it is rats and more likely a squirrel found its way in. He gave very helpful advice and an extremely fair quote for the call out. I emailed yesterday evening, not expecting a response until today, but Craig responded soon after with a quote and early this morning informed me that someone would be able to call today seeing as I live in the area. James arrived this afternoon and was extremely knowledgeable. He dealt with the large wasps' nest quickly and safely. He told me that if I could still see some wasp activity after a few days then he would return and repeat the treatment at no extra charge.
