    Karen is a fantastic PT! I started with Karen 2 months ago, I was at an all time low with my weight, fitness and motivation and needed help. Karen takes the time to find out all about you and what your goals are and then works out a plan to help you reach those goals. The private gym is perfect and well equipped. Since working with Karen I am well on the way to reaching my goals, I feel motivated and for the first time Im really enjoying exercising. Karen is so friendly, she motivates you and pushes you to reach your full potential, she checks in with you several times a week to see how you are feeling and to offer advice. I am even enjoying going to the gym myself now in between my sessions with Karen and feel so much more confident and strong.

    I would highly recommend Karen Harris PT, she has listened to me , adapted my programme for any aches and pains and encouraged me to work really really hard. I have enjoyed all my sessions and feel great afterwards. Karen set my macros and supported me when I got a little confused with it and is always at hand to answer any questions. I was delighted with my four week review to have lost 9lbs and 7cm but probably most importantly I just feel better, mentally and physically. I have a big birthday coming up and a super exciting holiday which I was feeling I didnt want to go on but now I am feeling so much happier in my self and looking forward to going. I am so pleased I took a chance having received a flyer through my door, if you are thinking about doing some PT then do it, you wont regret it. Karens gym has lots of equipment and my exercise has been a great variety of equipment and some fantastic cardio equipment . Thank you Karen and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey.

    I started attending Karen's classes last August, I was a bit apprehensive at first, but needn't have worried. Karen is so warm and friendly, we hit it off immediately. I really look forward to my weekly sessions, it's like meeting up with an old friend. I have lost weight and inches, I am much fitter but most of all I feel so much better about myself. Karen really gets to know you and tailors the class to suit, always making sure you are pushed a little bit and achieve more than you think you can. Her advice about nutrition and exercise is sensible, realistic and achievable, no gimmicks, just discipline, structure and hard work. Would definitely recommend.

    Karen is fantastic!! Since starting PT with her, I have lost weight, feel healthier and stronger. Each session is different, so it doesnt get boring, and is planned to accommodate my abilities and aches or pains. Karen is friendly, approachable and regularly checks in each week, both before and after a session, and provides really helpful advice regaining nutrition and diet. I highly recommend her!!

    I joined Karen in September 2022, her classes were suited for my level and changed weekly. Usually a full body work out, which I was then able to adapt to do at my gym. Karen took videos of me, which also help when on my own. I look forward to my weekly session and to progressing further. Karen also provides advice on nutrition, in my case for weight loss, it works! As her 4 weekly reviews will prove. Commit to your goals & Karen will most definitely help you achieve them. If you are looking for a PT I cant recommend Karen enough.
