    Not been with Jake long but hes a top guy and a great PT, wouldnt use anyone other than him! Hes helped me come a long way already!

    Jake Scholefield was the first Trainer I met when I walked into the JD Gym in Preston. He asked what I was wanting from my workout and wrote me a program that is working really well for me. Snowboarding in March is going to be so much more enjoyable. Many thanks

    I began my journey with Jake last week and I am really happy with how things are working out. I have PT sessions twice a week and in those sessions jake is brilliant at explaining how to use the equipment correctly and safely. The sessions are always well planned and he knows how to get the best from you. Being in a busy gym can be overwhelming and is one of the reasons I have been reluctant to go in the past but Jake is so encouraging and really reassures you whilst you are there. I can not wait for my first weigh and measure in as I can already feel a difference. I would highly recommend Target Fit to anyone.

    I have been training with Jake for just over a month and can't recommend him enough. He keeps me motivated and focused during workouts and explains all the exercises to me fully to ensure I always use correct form. The workouts are varied and as I only do the same workout ever other week I never become boring. If you're thinking about trying out a personal trainer you should definitely book in a taster session with him
