        It took 2 months before they could come and quote, so we waited; on the eve of coming to give a quote they postponed for another week and mentioned their new potential start date was now for one year off. They had previously given a date that was a couple of months, if they got the work. We have now wasted two months. The lady was very friendly, but you can't rely on them it seems from this which is a shame and frustrating.
