Excellent!! From start to finish the customer service was amazing. The process was made easy and no problem was too big. Anna was lovely to deal with and all the products we hired were beautiful and such high quality. I would have no issues in recommending this company and would definitely used them again. I have attached a photograph of the tables once set up using the vintage china, linen, chairs and sashes hired.

We hired everything we needed for our daughters 21st birthday afternoon tea - beautiful crockery and cutlery, and champagne flutes for the Prosecco, as well as all the table linens, and covers and sashes for the chairs. It was really easy looking through all the items available to hire and creating a list of what we needed. Anna is so thoughtful, she brought along milk jugs even though we hadnt added them to our order. Everything arrived carefully packed and ready to use the day before, and was collected promptly the next day - without us having to wash it all up. Our guests were so impressed with the table settings and loved serving themselves from the china, with some expressing a preference for specific teapots! We even managed to convert a confirmed coffee-drinker. LVCH are so professional and helped make our daughters birthday really special.

Fantastic booking process and service. Crockery delivered to suit me The crockery is beautiful, it arrived in perfect condition and clean. It is packed well in clean and safe boxes with padding All my guests were amazed by the wonderful quality and variety of the crockery. It looked wonderful when set out on the tables and the 3 tier stands filled with food. We hired the crockery for an afternoon tea for my dad's 90th birthday, and it was perfect for the occasion. Guests from their 20s upwards were amazed by it and how it added to the occasion. I would definitely use Lancashire vintage China again
